Once the joyful music started and Spot and his friends appeared, the action of this hour-long production kept everyone’s attention, children and adults alike.
This was a funny show, but most of the laughter was due to Neil Simon’s writing. Pacing issues were the most serious problem, reducing the humor of the play.
Overall, the subtle humor of the first act during the setup of the couple’s lives and the tension of how will Amanda and Elyot fight in the second and third acts led to a satisfying show.
Actors must love juicy roles such as these slimy, greedy, back-stabbing salesmen. Unfortunately, many of the performances were flat.

Was Moonlight and Magnolias meant to be a comedy or farce, or a dialogue on the impact that the movies have on society (and the impact society has on the movies)?
Schoolhouse Rock Live! is truly a must-see and a rare opportunity for professional-quality, affordable live entertainment for children that is also educational.
The most exciting thing about this play is that it immediately strikes up conversation. During the show many heads were nodding as audience members were able to recognize themselves or other people through the characters’ dialogue.
