The Mount Vernon Community Children's Theater (MVCCT) is a non-profit, 501©(3), performing arts organization committed to providing opportunities of creative expression to children of all ages through drama education and live theatrical production.

Established in 1980, MVCCT is guided by a Board of Directors who oversees program implementation. Our goal is to stimulate and enhance the cultural life of local youth by offering a creative outlet that helps them to develop confidence, independence, and accountability through self-expression. Actors, musicians, set designers, make-up artists, costume designers, and technical production staff are provided opportunities to learn the crafts and skills required for the presentation of live theater.
