Getting ready, finishing up dinner, the tux is waiting!
We are here. In a very empty auditorium.
The spigot was turned on, we have a steady stream of folk arriving now.
Still a lot of empty seats, I will be very surprised if we start promptly at 8
The balcony is about a third full
Getting very loud, over half full now. Lots of people still coming in
Evan Hoffman and his lovely wife Jaclyn Young are here. Evan is the Artistic Director of the new NextStop Theater Company in Herndon. They’ll be having their first show in the fall.
The band is warming up. Or at least sitting on stage
Now they are warming up/playing
And the lights dim!
And the lights are out!
Slide show of great shows from the last year.
It is hard to hear the song’s lyrics. They are warped. Go see a show!
