In its place, WSC will mount the English language world premiere of the Chilean play “Every Young Woman’s Desire” by Marco Antonio de la Parra, translated by Charles Philip Thomas. “Every Young Woman’s Desire” won the Chilean Critics’ Circle award for Best Play in 1987. Jay Hardee, who directed WSC’s hit “Small Craft Warnings” and who is currently starring in WSC’s “Camille,” will direct a cast that includes WSC Artistic Director Christopher Henley, Kari Ginsburg, and Kathleen Akerley. “Every Young Woman’s Desire” will run in May/June 2010.
