The 23rd Maryland Theatre Festival will take place at the Port Tobacco Players Theater in La Plata, Maryland the weekend of January 18 through the 20th. Eleven productions will be performed by community theaters, kicked off by the Winner of the 2007 Festival Never Swim Alone, performed by Port Tobacco Players. Never Swim Alone also won the 2007 Eastern States Regional Festival.
