"wearing bikinis or short lingerie outfits"

LOL It was Lingerie!!!!

"I felt like the closing number was a little too simple. In fact the entire closing of the show, the finale, nobody in the audience knew if it was over or not. "

The point to this was that it shows that the Cabaret never ends... no matter what.

ALso I don't know if you noticed. At the end EVERYONE had whiteface on, and also smeered make-up saying that the club is run down the lights showed the underside of the set so you could see all the wood bars making it really ugly. It is like we are all blind to what is going on around us we are going to have a good time no matter what.

"I came away feeling rather unsettled."
"I did come away feeling rather disturbed."

That is the whole point of the finale.

Hello... I am Garrett Matthews. I was in this show. I was one of the sailors. The one sailor the quartet who sang Tomorrow Belongs To Me. I am the youngest perosn in the cast ((I am fifteen and my second year with WST)). I am glad you did say something about the age thing. Because i completely agree and there were many performance nights where I hear little kids asking and not understanding the show. So they were not completely in it and didn't lkike it as much because they didn't understand some of the jokes. This play took soooo many practices and I can't even drive yet. I don't even have my permit, but we all had SOO much fun soing this play. It is very well done. If you went backstage it's a mess, and everyone is doing something to help.
